I do have to be sure and hold the right arrow down BEFORE I plug in the USB to my computer in order for it to connect it properly, and I do have to re-connect the two every time we unplug it or turn the computer off, which is kind of a pain, but it does seem to work and I dont have to buy a whole new remote. Definitely worth the button pushing to save over bucks! Give it a shot!
